I hired Walid to replace a large bay window where the seal had been broken and was fogged. I also had broken windows in the garage. He and his team arrived when they said they would. They did an excellent job, were very careful, cleaned up everything to the point where it looked like they had never been here. The bay window was difficult to reach from the outside yet Walid was able to get the installation done from the inside. I was very pleased with his work and will definitely hire him again. Waleed is a very respectful, understanding and knowledgeable man. He knows his windows very well and will not make it sound like it's rocket science the job and fixture. His prices are very reasonable. And he will not trick you into replacing your entire windows and the frame just to scoop out couple of thousand dollars out of your pockets. I was having trouble with my windows opening and closing smoothly. Walid was very professional and explained the problem. He helped me use my home products to grease the spiral balances so the windows would open smoothly.
